Pallu, what kind of shopping are you looking for?
And how does your friend prefer to do it? At the shopping malls or at regular stores?
Is it for furniture and stuff like that?

Shopping for Clothes (ladies, children), Toys and Furniture mainly. Not sure about the area and all, but anywhere should be fine 🙂

ok… If that’s the case, then Shopper’s Stop, Garuda Mall would be the best bet.
Also, there is the REliance Apparel next to Lifestyle which is decent enough.
MG Road, Brigades also will help.
If she doesn’t mind the crowd – Comemrcial street.
Bangalore Central is great too but its only branded stuff.
Furniture – not too sure, but Swaram had mentioned a place in Banaswadi, she could give you the store name and the phone numbers are readily available on Justdial.
Also, Home Centre in Lifestyle has a good collection.
One more store is there – Monu had mentioned in one of her old posts – the place. Forgotten the name. You could check with her…
If she wants cane furniture, then most places in and around Adugodi (near Forum) have good stuff. She should know how to Bargain and know how to pick out the good from the bad.

Commercial street is awesome! She could also try Jaynagar if that is close .. and Malleswaram if it is Blr North 😀 Gandhi bazaar is super-duper 😉

Pixie up there has covered pretty much every place in Blr actually coming to think of it … Blr is full of shopping options …. every area has stores/ showrooms (branded/local) ….. I think this is one of the best cities for shopping(Clothes (ladies, children), Toys etc) but obviously costlier than any other metropolis in India…
