Was just wondering….

Which is more therapeutic?

b) Shopping

  1. shopping shopping shopping .. but this has bad after effects .
    err maybe de-cluttering then

Me: Hey, Ipshita! You into blogging as well now? What’s the Lilactreecreations about? Tell all! Btw, I had to l-o-l at your ‘bad effects of shopping’.

    1. yes learning from you .. hey I might go to chennai for a weekend.. do you need anything from there? let me know

Me: Hey, that’s nice!! Your blogging I mean. As for Chennai, I will send u a message (probably swamp you with a list, he he) πŸ™‚

  2. De-cluttering! sleeoing followed by shopping books!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me: First two, me likes. Last, no. I never buy books these days, always resort to the library!!

  3. For me – both are therapuetic πŸ™‚ There are times when shopping is the ultimate therapy and others when I am in a mall and I don’t have the will to shop πŸ™‚

Similarly, de-cluttering sometimes perks me up and I love it – other times I just don’t want to face it πŸ™‚

Today was de-cluttering for me – and I loved it:)

Me: Me too, Smiths. Sometimes, I am just so bored, that even shopping does not seem to interest. Or is it the impact of a recession? So, now that you have ‘made space’, go to that mall and load the trolleys πŸ™‚

  4. First, De clutter, then shop, come back, arrange shopping neatly in newly acquired space πŸ˜€

Me: Now, that’s my kind of girl πŸ™‚ Welcome aboard, Knockturnal beauty πŸ™‚ Isn’t that a nice name? First of all, I liked your take on the therapy. Secondly, hopping over to your blog in some time πŸ™‚

      1. yea.. me too!
Throw away all the old useless stuff and go and shop for more useless stuff!! πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€

Me: Ditto, Pix! Been clearing the last week. So, now its time for…… yes….shopping!!!

    eh ? huh ? duh ?!

*goes back* without commenting further …

Me: Sorry, LR! Shall we add a ‘No Comments’ option on the Poll?

  6. shopping for somebody else and giving them something when they least expect it – always gives me a high πŸ™‚

Me: Its supposedly called “giver’s high” Archu! Can I send you my address? πŸ˜‰

  7. Depends on the mood – sometimes de-cluttering works and at other times shopping works. Of course when the wallet is empty & the credi cards are maxed out, I vote for de-cluttering πŸ˜›

Me: LOL! A question of availability, eh?

  8. Shopping , hand down!!!! But then too much shopping leads to more clutter and then you will need to de-clutter anyway 😦 The best things in life are never free. Great to see you back, Pal.

Me: Exacataly, Dreamer! Best things in life indeed πŸ˜‰ And, thank you for having missed me πŸ™‚

  9. It has been proved amply
    that those to shopping agree
    and for de-cluttering disagree
are the ones who need therapy.

Me: Hmpm!! I firmly believe treatments (detox, botox, whatox!) are meant strictly for those who have not savoured the pleasures of shopping!!

  10. de-cluttering your purse by spending all money on SHOPPING!
    lol

I came across you thru your comment on indiblogger. M glad that you blogrolled me… I never thought that the blog name would be termed “boring”

Me: Hi Saurabh! Am so sorry if I said something wrong πŸ™‚ But thanks for visiting my blog, and I hope to read more of you!

So, what do you think?
